CASE Construction client, Northlands Holdings makes ground-breaking moves in the industry
CASE Construction client, Northlands Business Holdings was founded in 1999 by Darin De Oliveira. Darin recognised the growing demand for secure, enclosed industrial parks and thus initiated the development of Northlands Business Park (Pty) Ltd as well as Northlands Precinct.
Northland’s head office is situated in the North of Johannesburg in Muldersdrift. The team comprises of civil engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors and is involved in construction, property management, and maintenance including the recovery and collection of all rentals and services. Northlands Business Park has successfully completed a number of projects including the development of business parks, estate townhouses, hotels, and upmarket houses.
On the 25th of August 2022, CASE Construction visited the Avianto Estate, located in Muldersdrift. The estate measures in excess of 350 hectares, boasting a landscape of opportunity and success. We had the pleasure of chatting with CEO, Leonhard Jonas, who explained that the goal and vision of the project is to create a community where residents can live, work, and play – making it a safe and convenient place to reside. The team has recently completed a 3km sewer line as well as a road that runs parallel to the estate.
Northlands Business Holdings is now the collective owner-management company for several industrial, retail and residential properties, hosting hundreds of tenants. With the growth of the company and the incline of development, Northlands Holdings have developed a strong relationship with the CASE Construction brand. To date, their CASE Construction fleet currently consists of four telehandlers, four 570T Backhoe Loaders, a CX220C LC HD Excavator, and three Skid Steer Loaders.
The day spent on-site was an amazing opportunity to see some of the CASE Equipment doing what they do best, working hard. Shaun Greef, CASE Construction Area Sales Representative for the region has developed a close relationship with the Workshop and Plant Manager, Steven Cornelius at Northlands Holdings and has become a valued and reliable source throughout the ongoing construction projects.
It’s both thrilling and inspiring to visit our clients’ sites, where one is able to see first-hand what CASE Construction Equipment has helped develop and bring to life. We eagerly anticipate the many exciting projects Northlands Holdings has in the works, as the team makes ambitious strides toward developing residential, retail, and business estates that positively impact the community.
