Are you looking for heavy-duty wheel loaders in South Africa? CASE Construction is you first choice! We offer a sensible range of front-end loaders that can be utilised for infrastructure, recycling, and quarrying purposes among their many applications. Our front-end loaders deliver best-in-class horsepower and torque generation to ensure that every single work cycle has more than enough power to handle the load. Our wheel loaders also feature 4 distinct power modes to match the specific task at hand – giving the operator the means to work more efficiently.

The CASE Difference

CASE Construction’s range of wheel loaders are designed to deliver high levels of efficiency during operations. The engines that power our front-end loaders feature an in-house design that leverage advanced technologies that have been developed for commercial vehicles and agriculture – delivering tailored solutions for off-road functionality. As a result, the engine can deliver fuel efficiency and reliability while generating more than enough power for the task at hand. The engine is accompanied by a turbocharger and air-to-air cooling to accommodate the power generation, with a multiple injection that delivers best-in-class torque performance and generation at low rpm.

Tough and Reliable
CASE wheel loaders are fitted with heavy-duty axles that are bigger, more durable, and easier to service because of its 3-piece housing design. Each wheel hub is fitted with wet multiple disc brakes that are made from resistant sintered bronze. The heavy-duty wheel axles are specifically engineered to support L5 and solid tyres to support usage on abrasive environments. Solid tyres can also be fitted upon request from your CASE dealer. The chassis also features a 100% auto-lock differential that decreases the overall tyre wear by 20% to 30% because of no slippage between the wheels.

Since CASE wheel loaders are fitted with a 100% auto-lock differential, they deliver reduced fuel consumption because of the zero friction in the differential. This also results in reduced downtime for maintenance because of fewer moving components with open differentials. With 100% auto lock, 100% of the generated power is transferred to the wheels to provide maximum traction and allow these vehicles to operate on tricky terrains that feature loose surfaces.

The CASE Cooling Cube

CASE wheel loaders are fitted with a CASE cooling cube that refers to the unique layout of the radiators. 5 radiators are specifically mounted to form a cube as opposed to overlapping each other – ensuring a constant flow of fresh and clean air from the top and sides to keep the fluid temperatures at a constant level. The cube layout provides easy access to every individual radiator to reduce downtime during maintenance and simplify part replacement if one of the radiators should break down. Additionally, the separate access to each radiator simplifies cleaning processes that could be done manually, if necessary.
