Introducing the Beach Care Project

Beach Care Project is an innovative program developed to protect the environment and the biodiversity of the beach ecosystem. The project includes cleaning and ecological maintenance of the beaches, scholarships and education and awareness initiatives in collaboration with first-rate academic and scientific institutions such as the Italian Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR) and the French Comité National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) .

Beach Care Project - Special Machine

A Special Machine for a Special Project

The operations on the Italian and French beaches were also carried out with a CASE 621G Evolution Wheel Loader.

This powerful machine (172 horsepower, 13 tons of weight) turned out to be the perfect partner for beach cleaning and ecological maintenance activities thanks to its special skeleton bucket (a three-cubic-meter grated-bottom bucket), that works like a sieve, allowing waste to be retained and clean sand to be released.
