The 2024 CASE Dealer Conference in Goa – "Stronger Together"
The 2024 CASE Dealer Conference, held on August 5-6 in Goa, India, brought together 80 dealer partners representing 53 dealerships from across the country. With the theme "Stronger Together," this annual event, now a cherished tradition, focused on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and aligning strategies to face the challenges of the coming year.
The conference began with a keynote address by Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director of CNH, Construction Segment for India & SAARC, who delved into 'Viksit Bharat - India @2047,' the Government of India's ambitious roadmap to transform the nation into a fully developed country by 2047. Recognizing the magnitude of this vision, he translated the broader macroeconomic indicators into specific, actionable milestones that are directly relevant to CASE and the dealer network in India. 'By aligning our strategies with this national agenda, we can not only contribute to India's growth story but also ensure that our business remains at the forefront of this transformation,' he emphasized.
The theme "Stronger Together" resonated throughout the discussions, focusing on the need for collaboration and a shared commitment to overcoming market headwinds. Emre Karazli, Vice President for Construction Segment, CNH highlighted provided a comprehensive overview, emphasizing both global and regional perspectives. He highlighted how CNH international trends and regional market dynamics are shaping the industry, offering valuable insights into how CASE and its dealers can navigate these evolving landscapes.
A key highlight of this year’s conference was the introduction of a panel discussion, featuring a diverse group of dealers chosen to represent various geographies, experiences, and associations with CASE.
