Winning dealers of CASE Lubricant Promotion Scheme in India Rewarded with an Insightful Trip to UAE
Five outstanding CASE Dealer Principals from India, winners of the Lubricant Promotion Scheme, recently participated in an enriching incentive trip to the UAE from July 6-9th. This initiative, focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to lubricant sales volume, was open to all dealers across India.
The top 5 winning dealers – Asrial Infra Machinery India, Powertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd., Konark Equipment Sales & Service, Tista Agency, V4 Equipments embarked on a journey that combined professional growth with cultural experiences. The group visited UAE dealer Al Shirawi, renowned for its 26-year legacy as a benchmark of excellence in aftersales service in the AME region.
During their visit, the dealers received a comprehensive tour of the dealer premises, including workshops, and gained deep insights into Al Shirawi’s advanced aftersales processes. They learned effective strategies to further grow their business with existing customers, build customer loyalty, and create new opportunities. The emphasis was on how strong aftersales service plays a crucial role in driving parts sales and fostering customer loyalty.
